Machinery, tooling and what each line can hold

Line-by-line capability, stated in the terms a production planner needs: clamp force, shot weight, output rate and the tolerance the line holds in normal running.

Line group A

Injection moulding

Toggle and hydraulic machines covering thin-wall crates through to thick-section housings. Tooling is stored in-house for recurring parts, so a repeat order enters the schedule without a tooling lead time.

  • Crates, trays and stacking containers
  • Closures, caps and threaded fittings
  • Pipe fittings and junction housings
  • Technical parts to customer drawing

Line group B

Blow moulding

Extrusion blow moulding with view-stripe and multi-layer capability. Containers are leak tested in line, and moulds are held for standard jerry can and bottle formats.

  • Jerry cans, handled and stackable
  • Lubricant and chemical bottles
  • Food-contact containers on approved grades
  • Water and agricultural tanks, small format

Line group C

Extrusion

Single and twin-screw lines with in-line ultrasonic wall gauging and laser outside-diameter measurement, feeding a haul-off and either a coiler or a cut-to-length saw.

  • HDPE pressure pipe, coiled and cut lengths
  • PVC conduit and drainage pipe
  • Agricultural and irrigation tubing
  • LDPE and HDPE blown film, plain or gusseted

Output is stated for a single 8-hour shift on a standard product at nominal wall section. Actual output depends on part weight, cooling time and colour change frequency.

Tooling

Mould capability

Tooling is the difference between a two-week repeat order and a ten-week one. We hold what we run.

TOOL / 01

In-house tool room

Change-over, cleaning, polishing and minor repair are handled on site, so a damaged cavity does not idle a line for a shipping cycle.

TOOL / 02

Customer-owned tooling

We run and store customer-owned moulds under a written custody agreement, with maintenance logged against the tool.

TOOL / 03

New tool development

New moulds are sourced against the customer drawing, sampled, and released only after a first-article report is accepted in writing.

Scheduling

How capacity is allocated

Framework customers hold a reserved share of monthly line hours. That share is agreed at signature and reviewed quarterly against actual call-off, so committed volume is not displaced by spot orders.

Spot orders are scheduled against remaining capacity in the order they are confirmed. Tooling availability, not machine time, is usually the constraint on a first order.
